Christine Ryndak got her start in acting and theatre-making at Viking Drama with Jim Neal. She then went on to receive training from Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts in Pittsburgh, and various private studios in New York City. She worked regionally with theaters in the US and as well as in independent film in New York City. In 2012 after finishing her studies at Ecole Jacques Lecoq in Paris, she went on to form an international physical theatre company which has premiered and toured new works around Europe. She lives in Paris with her husband and two children, and continues making theater with her company, LiLiRe, as well as teaching musical theater. She regularly falls back on the set-making skills she learned at Viking Drama and she owes her continuing love for ensemble theatre to Mr. Neal. Happy Anniversary Viking Drama!
